About Me

Hey there! I"m so lucky I get to share one of my most favorite things...music...with your student and your family. Enrolling in music lessons is a gift your child will appreciate the rest of their life. I began piano lessons at the age of 7. I was one of those kids that just couldn't stay off the piano and my parents had to tell me to take breaks. I just loved it. I would teach myself when I had gaps between teachers. I won scholarships and studied at Utah State University. I have played with bands and accompanied at the University of Utah in their Musical theatre department. I have 20+ years of teaching experience and love sharing my knowledge with kids and adults of all ages. I am also a life long student; always learning new things. I have been studying voice in Opera and Musical Theatre with a very accomplished teacher and I am ready to share that with others as well. I believe music enhances everything in our lives and the world around us. I also believe every student is of worth and teach all abilities....as long as they genuinely apply themselves.
